Billing & Data Policy
This policy explains how SEOMER handles subscriptions, payments, usage limits, tokens and data generated by platform activity.
1. Subscriptions
SEOMER may offer free plans, paid subscriptions, individual modules and usage-based features. Subscription details, available limits and included functionality are shown on the pricing page or inside the platform.
2. Billing cycles
Paid plans may be billed monthly, annually or according to another billing period shown during checkout. By subscribing, you authorize SEOMER or its payment provider to charge the selected payment method according to the selected plan.
3. Tokens and additional usage
Some features may use tokens or usage credits. Tokens may be used for additional checks, bulk operations, SERP checks, Web Archive checks, data exports or other resource-intensive actions.
Tokens allow users to extend usage without immediately switching to a higher subscription plan. Token availability, expiration and usage rules may depend on the selected product and plan.
4. Plan limits
Each plan may include limits such as number of projects, checks, monitored pages, users, alert rules, report generation, data history or API usage. If limits are reached, some features may be paused, restricted or require additional tokens or an upgrade.
5. Payments and invoices
Payments are processed through trusted payment providers. SEOMER may store limited billing metadata, such as plan status, billing email, invoice history and payment status, but full card details are normally handled by the payment provider.
6. Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may consider refunds for duplicate payments, technical billing errors or other reasonable situations. Refunds may not be available for already consumed tokens, completed checks or used paid services.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription according to the options available in your account or by contacting support. After cancellation, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
8. Data generated by the platform
SEOMER may generate monitoring results, reports, logs, alerts, analytics, indexation checks, SEO audit data and usage statistics. This data is used to provide platform functionality and may be retained according to your plan, settings and legal requirements.
9. Data export and deletion
Users may request export or deletion of account-related data where applicable. Some data may be retained for legal, security, billing or fraud-prevention reasons.
